The Association of Producers and Exporters of Agriproducts of Tajikistan was established in 2011.


OUR MISSION

Comprehensive support and coordination of the institutional development process for voluntary association of processors and exporters of agricultural produce in the Republic of Tajikistan.


OUR GOAL

Building the capacity of agricultural producers in the Republic of Tajikistan engaged in production, processing and marketing of agricultural produce.

OUR OBJECTIVES
Step-by-step increase in the professional level of APEAT members in the area of agricultural and production cycle management; Improving produce quality by implementing new production technologies; Promoting the brands of the association and its members guaranteeing produce quality and expanding sales geography / diversifying foreign markets.

OUR QUALITY LAB

Our lab was opened in 2015, and is equipped with all necessary instruments, accessories and chemicals for conducting the following tests:

  • Measuring sulfur content in dried fruit and berries by iodometric and fermentative methods;
  • Measuring organoleptic indicators (color, taste, flavor, appearance, shape);
  • Measuring dry matter content in canned fresh fruit and berries; measuring mass fraction of vegetable matter;
  • Measuring mass fraction of damaged fruit;
  • Measuring moisture content in dried fruit and berries;
  • Measuring active acidity of canned products and measuring of soil composition.
  • Collaborates with the program “Towards Rural Inclusive Growth and Economic Resilience” (TRIGGER) implemented by GIZ in Tajikistan.
